Services
Technical leadership and senior engineering for custom software, automation, and SaaS products.
We help define the product, architecture, priorities, and delivery plan — then stay hands-on through build, launch, and iteration.
WHAT WE BUILD
Replace manual tasks, approvals, and handoffs with dependable workflows that save time and reduce operational errors.
We don't replace your stack. We make it talk to itself.
Every automation we build sits on top of the tools you already trust — no rip-and-replace, no retraining your team on new software.

Independent integration work — not an official vendor partnership. Patterns are confirmed per project.
Choose the level of technical leadership and delivery your business needs.
Embedded Partnership
$2,500–$4,000/week or $8,000–$12,800/month.
Ongoing technical leadership and hands-on delivery for automation systems, custom business solutions, integrations, and SaaS products.
Enterprise Pipelines
Typically from $20,000/month.
Complex, multi-system delivery for larger operational, software, or data transformation.
Fractional Support & Monitoring
Typically starts at $1,500/week.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement for established systems.

What a 4–6 week build cycle ships
Start with a defined core product. Review working software as it takes shape, then finish with a running MVP and the documentation to own it. We agree scope, access needs, and the delivery window before the build.
Week 1
Architecture and scope lock
A written technical plan: the core workflow, integrations, data model, acceptance criteria, and agreed scope
Weeks 2–5
Build sprints
Deployed working increments you can use and review, with feedback feeding the next agreed priorities
Week 6
Hardening and handover
A running MVP, checks against the agreed acceptance criteria, documentation, and a handover walkthrough
Timing depends on the agreed scope, access to your systems, and review turnaround. Later features are planned separately so the core build has a clear finish.
What a partnership week looks like
Your weekly investment covers hands-on engineering and the technical decisions that keep the build moving. You work directly with the engineer responsible for delivery.
- Hands-on build time: Implement the agreed priorities, test changes, and deploy working increments as they are ready.
- Architecture decisions: Resolve integration and data-model choices, document the trade-offs, and address technical blockers.
- Roadmap input: Review what the business needs next, identify dependencies, and keep the next delivery scope clear.
- Direct access: Discuss questions and feedback with the engineer doing the work.
- A weekly review: Walk through completed work, explain anything that moved, and agree the next priorities.
You can see what was built, what was decided, what needs your input, and what comes next. Weekly priorities and engineering allocation are agreed for your engagement.

The manual process isn't neutral. It's a monthly line item you're not tracking.
| Manual Bottleneck | Hidden P&L Cost | What Runs Instead | What to Measure |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manually entering invoices into accounting software | Hidden P&L CostAt 200 invoices/month and 10–15 minutes per invoice, entry alone takes about 33–50 hours/month | What Runs InsteadInvoice extraction and routing into a review workflow, with approved data passed to accounting | What to MeasureNet hours saved after review and exception handling |
| Chasing late payments by email or phone | Hidden P&L CostEach unpaid day delays cash availability and adds follow-up work | What Runs InsteadScheduled reminders and reconciliation triggered by payment receipt | What to MeasureDays Sales Outstanding (DSO), overdue balance, and follow-up hours |
| Re-keying lead data between forms, email, and CRM | Hidden P&L CostRe-entry delays the first response and makes follow-up easier to miss | What Runs InsteadLead capture routed into CRM with an assigned follow-up | What to MeasureTime to first response and lead-to-opportunity rate |
| Manually matching vendor invoices to work orders or contracts | Hidden P&L CostMissing or mismatched documentation adds review work and leaves gaps in the record | What Runs InsteadAutomated audit trail and rule-based checks, configured to your compliance requirements | What to MeasureException volume and time spent preparing supporting records |
| Copy-pasting data between disconnected apps | Hidden P&L CostEach manual handoff adds a chance of error and time spent tracing it | What Runs InsteadCustom logic connects your tools into a single pipeline | What to MeasureReconciliation errors and rework hours before and after the build |
